Molly Kennedy Finishes Top 30 in the 100-Yard Freestyle at The NCAA Championships

EVANSVILLE, IND-- Southern Connecticut Women's Swimming and Diving standout Molly Kennedy placed 28th in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.15 at the NCAA Division II National Championships on Saturday March 14. 

This was Kennedy's third and final event of the championships and she finished in the highest place she has all championship. This concludes a season where Kennedy won six gold medals and one silver at Northeast 10 conference championships. In addition to the medals, Kennedy broke the NE10 record in the 100-yard freestyle. All of these accolades earned Kennedy her second straight Swimmer of the Meet award.
