The Southern Connecticut State University women's track and field team finished in fifth place at the New England Outdoor Championship on Saturday 13, 2023.  Southern scored 43 points.

Track Medalists

• Ella Maclean finished second in the 100 Dash with a mark 11.97
• The 4x100-meter relay team of Dardielle Exantus, Anna-Sashia Jones, Kisha Francois, and Ella Maclean won first place with a time of 45.87 and a New England meet Record.
• The 4x400-meter relay team of Hannah Caiola, Anna-Sashia Jones, Isabella Newbury and Ella Maclean finished second with a time of 3:46.77.

Other Notable Finishes

• Mackenzie Glenn and Kisha Francois competed in the Long Jump. Glenn finished tenth with a mark of 5.45 meters, while Francois finished thirteenth with a mark of 5.39 meters 
• Rachel Fleischer finished fourth in the Triple Jump with a mark of 11.92 meters, while Shayna Smith finished sixth with a mark of 11.46 meters.
• The 4x800-meter relay team of Brianna Grecco, Courtney Henchcliffe, Sarah Johnson and Julia Mansfield finished eleventh with a time of 10:24.62.
• Francois finished eighth in the 100 dash with a time of 12.27. 
• In the 200 Dash, Maclean and Francois finished sixth and seventh, respectively.
