The Southern Connecticut State University men's track and field team won its sixth-straight Northeast 10 Conference Outdoor Championship after totaling 268.5 points while winning give individual championships. The Owls previously won the 2023 NE10 Indoor Championship as well as the Cross Country Championship. Bernardo Mbaya also collected Most Outstanding Field Athlete of the Meet after winning the Shot Put Championship while also finishing second in the hammer throw and discus. 

Individual Champions

• In the 3000 Steeplechase, Sean Barkasy finished in first place and won the gold medal with a time of 9:27.71.
• Bernardo Mbaya finished in third place with a personal-best tying throw of 17.22 meters. 
• Ramsley Exantus won first place and the gold medal in the 400 hurdles with a time of 51.61.
• Shane Smith finished first in the Decathlon with 6236 points. It is his 6th consecutive NE10 Outdoor Championship.
• In the Discuss Throw, Mekhi Barnett won first place with a mark of 51.44 meters, a personal-best 

Track Medalists

• In the 3000 Steeplechase, William Lamburn finished in third place and won the bronze medal with a time of 9:52.98.
• Christ N'Dabian finished third and won the bronze medal in the 400 Run with a mark of 48.80.
• Jonathan Volpe finished second in the 800 Run with a time of 1:52.81.
• Sachin Manning and Hunter Dale competed in the 400 Hurdles. Manning finished in second place with a time of 51.89, while Dale was in third place with a time of 53.55.
• The 4x400 -meter relay team of Hunter Dale, Christ N'Dabian, Sachin Manning, and Ramsley Exantus won first place with a time of 3:15.64

Field Medalists

• Dylan Torok won the bronze in the Decathlon with 5984 points.
• In the Shot Put, Cameron Belton finished second with a mark of 16.91 meters, while Natanael Barbosa was in third with a mark of 16.24 meters.
• Duke Quermorllue and Okoye finished second and third in the High Jump with a leap of 1.94 meters and 1.91 meters, respectively.
• Mbaya finished in second place in the Discuss Throw with a mark of 46.15 meters.

Other Notable Finishes

• The 4x100-meter relay team of Osaretin Osagie, Nolan Freeman, Christ N'Dabian, and Divine Edwards finished in fourth place with a time of 42.01.
• In the 110 Hurdles, Osaretin Osagie finished fourth with a mark of 14.69, while Jared Russo was in fifth at 14.74.
• Nolan Freeman finished in fifth place in the 100 Dash with a mark of 10.79, and in sixth place in the 200 Dash with a time of 22.21.
• Southern placed four athletes in the top five, Mekhi Barnett finished fourth with a leap of 16.15 meters.
• In the 800 Run, Besufekad Opstrup finished seventh with a mark of 1:59.07.
• Osaretin Osagie was in fourth place in the 400 Hurdles with a time of 53.61.
• In the High Jump, Sawicki finished fourth with a leap of 1.88 meters.
