SCSU Women's Soccer Opens Season With 0-0 Tie Against Queen's College

Southern Connecticut women's soccer played to a 0-0 tie in its season opener against the Queens College Knights, in a neutral site match up at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, N.H.

The Owls were able to keep pressure on the Knights however couldn't pull away with the lead as Queens College posted seven saves in the close matchup.

The Owls will move on to a matchup with University of Bridgeport September 3^rd at 12PM in Rindge, N.H. with hopes of picking up their first win of the year.
