SCSU Men's Basketball Announces 2024-25 Schedule

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Southern Connecticut State University Men's Basketball announced its 2024-2025 schedule today. 

The Owls open up regular season play at the College of Staten Island for the CSI Conference Challenge. They play CSI on November 9th, then St. Thomas Aquinas College on November 10th. They then travel to Saint Michael's on November 16th. 

Southern's home opener will take place on November 20th, in a Northeast-10 Conference Championship rematch versus Southern New Hampshire at 7:30 p.m. The Owls then go back on the road to take on Adelphi on November 26th and Saint Anselm on December 4th. December play continues at home against Bentley on December 7th, followed by a non-conference game away at Holy Family on December 14th. 

The Owls' second tournament takes place on December 20th and 21st at Saint Michael's when they play Daemen and Mercy. 

After the Saint Michael's Tournament, the Owls begin the new year with three straight home contests against Pace, Assumption, and Post on January 2nd, 5th, and 8th respectively. 

Southern begins a long stretch of NE10 Conference matchups, starting away at American International on January 11th. Next up is their Elm City rival New Haven at home on January 14th. The next game come on January 18th away against Franklin Pierce, followed by Adelphi at home on January 22nd, away at Bentley on January 25th, and away at Pace on January 28th. 

The final month of regular season play begins at home against Saint Michael's on February 1st, followed by an away game at Southern New Hampshire on February 8th. The Owls return home to take on American International on February 11th before traveling to Assumption on February 15th and New Haven on February 19th. Southern closes out the regular season with two home games against Franklin Pierce on February 22nd and Saint Anselm on February 25th.
