FAIRFIELD, Conn.-The Southern Connecticut women's swimming and diving team placed second, scoring 407 points in a quad-meet against Fairfield (759), Manhattan (154) and Sacred Heart (101).  

200 SC Meter Relay 

The Owls 200 Meter Medley Relay team Aralyn Vogel, Emma St. Hilaire, Ella Marzec and Justice Glasgow came in third with a time of 2:09.74. Southern's team of Abby Lions, Lindsay McCawley, Paola Castillo and Reina Loiacano finished with a time of 2:13.90 for fifth.  

800 SC Meter Freestyle 

Jasmine Uricchio was the top finisher for the Owls coming in third with a time of 9:48.55 in the 800 Meter Free. Natalie Weier finished fifth with a time of 10:18.86.  

200 SC Meter Freestyle 

Arianna Arturi was the Owls top finisher coming in third with a time of 2:16.68 in the 200 Meter Free. McCawley came in fifth with a time of 2:19.89 and St. Hilaire finished behind McCawley with a time of 2:21.75 for sixth. 

100 SC Meter Backstroke 

In the 100 Meter Back, Vogel took fifth with a time of 1:10.41.  

100 SC Meter Breaststroke 

Marzec finished in sixth place with a time of 1:22.44 in the 100 Meter Breast. 

200 SC Meter Butterfly 

Finishing in fifth place for the 200 Meter Fly was McCawley with a time of 2:39.46. Sierra DuCharme finished in sixth with a time of 2:42.56.  

50 SC Meter Freestyle 

Molly Kennedy was the top finisher for the Owls, coming in second for the 50 Meter Free with a time of 28.15. Hailey Nyquist finished fifth with a time of 28.69. Zoe McNeill came in seventh with a time of 30.21.  

100 SC Meter Freestyle 

Arturi finished the 100 Meter Free with a time of 1:01.93 for seventh place.  

200 SC Meter Backstroke 

Marzec came in fifth in the 200 Meter Back with a time of 38.73. Loiacano finished in seventh with a time of 2:39.47.  

200 SC Meter Breaststroke 

Brooke Keeney finished with a time of 3:03.31 to come in sixth in the 200 Meter Breast.  

400 SC Meter Freestyle 

Kennedy finished the 400 Meter Free with a time of 4:49.89 for fifth place. Castillo came in sixth with a time of 4:50.56.  

100 SC Meter Butterfly 

Nyquist was the top finisher for the Owls in the 100 Meter Fly, finishing in third with a time of 1:08.11. Sara Roney finished with a time of 1:11.51 for fifth place. Uricchio finished in sixth with a time of 1:11.61.  

200 SC Meter Individual Medley 

Castillo finished in fifth for the Owls with a time of 2:35.97 in the 200 Meter IM. St. Hilaire finished in sixth with a time of 2:36.02 and Keeney finished in seventh with a time of 2:36.59.  

400 SC Meter Freestyle Relay 

In the 400 Meter Free Relay, the team of Nyquist, Arturi, Castillo, and Loiacano came in fourth with a time of 4:15.80. Keeney, Vogel, DuCharme, and Kennedy's team came in fifth with a time of 4:19.40.
