SCSU Volleyball to Host Cancer Awareness Night On Oct. 16

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Southern Connecticut State University volleyball team will host a Cancer Awareness Night as part of its NE10 matchup against Bentley University on Friday, Oct. 16 at 5 p.m. at Pelz Gymnasium.

The Owls will dedicate the evening to raising awareness and showing support for all those affected by cancer. The night is not designated for one specific type of cancer, but rather to honor survivors, fighters, families, and loved ones impacted by all forms of the disease.

The Owls and Falcons are set for a key Northeast 10 Conference contest. First serve is scheduled for 5 p.m. at James Moore Field House's Pelz Gymnasium.
