• Set a PR in the Mile at the 2024 Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 5:46.68
• Set a PR in the 3000 at the 2024 Riverhawk Invitational with a time of 12:18.44

• Placed 11th in the 4x800 at the 2023 NEICAAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Placed 4th in the 4x800 at the 2023 Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships, also running a personal best 5:46.33 in the 1500

• Competed in cross country, track, and swimming and diving at Waterford High School (Conn.)
• Awarded as a scholar athlete and Most Valuable Player, along with being selected All-Conference
