As a Junior in 2006-07:
Earned All-America honors for the Owls in the 200 freestyle...Finished second in the 500-yard freestyle and ninth in the 200-yard butterfly at the Husky Invitational at Connecticut on 10/13…Placed second in the 100-yard butterfly and the 200-yard freestyle and third in the 100-yard freestyle at the Sonny Werblin Invitational at Rutgers on 10/20-21…Won the 100-yard butterfly and 200-yard freestyle at Springfield on 10/28…Won the 1000-yard freestyle at the Bentley Invitational on 10/29…Won the 200-yard freestyle and the 500-yard freestyle against Yale on 11/3…Won the 100-yard freestyle and the 200-yard freestyle against New Jersey on 11/12…Set a meet record to win the 200-yard freestyle and also won the 100-yard butterfly and the 200-yard butterfly at the Northeast-10 Championships...Also took second in the 100-yard freestyle and was a part of the 4x50-yard medley relay, 4x100-yard freestyle relay and 4x100-yard medley relay teams that finished second at the Northeast-10 Championships…Won the 200-yard freestyle and was a part of the 4x100-yard freestyle relay winning team, and also finished second in the 100-yard freestyle at Marist…Won the 100-yard freestyle, 200-yard freestyle and the 500-yard freestyle at the Metropolitan Championships on 2/16...Also was a part of the 4x200-yard freestyle relay team that finished second and the 4x50-yard medley relay team that finished fourth at the Metropolitan Championships…Finished seventh in the 200-yard freestyle at the NCAA Championships on 3/14-17.

As a Sophomore in 2005-06:
Earned All-America honors as part of the 800 freestyle relay team...Finished second in the 100-yard butterfly at the Sonny Werblin Invitational at Rutgers on 10/21-22…Won the 200-yard freestyle and the 500-yard freestyle at Central Connecticut State on 10/29…Won the 200-yard freestyle against Massachusetts on 11/6…Won the 100-yard butterfly at Yale on 11/12…Won the 200-yard freestyle, the 500-yard freestyle, the 1650-yard freestyle and was a part of the victorious 4x100-yard freestyle and 4x200-yard freestyle relay teams at the Northeast-10 Championships on 12/9-10...Also took third in the 200-yard butterfly at the Northeast-10 Championships…Won the 500-yard freestyle and the 1000-yard freestyle against Marist on 1/21.

As a Freshman in 2004-05:
Earned All-America honors in the 500-yard freestyle and 1000-yard freestyle, and was also a part of the 200 freestyle relay team that also took home All-America accolades...Won the 1650-yard freestyle, and finished second in the 100-yard butterfly and the 200-yard butterfly, and third in the 200-yard freestyle at the Northeast-10 Championships on 12/10-11.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Selected as an All-American 11 times at Notre Dame (Conn.) High School…Named All-American, All-State and All-Area in the 200-yard and 500-yard butterfly while leading team to Class L state championships in 2002, 2003 and 2004…Team captain as a senior...Team claimed Southern Connecticut Conference championships in 2003 and 2004.
