All-New England selection in the javelin throw…All-Region in the javelin…Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection...Northeast-10 Conference champion in the javelin…Collected a first place mark in the shot put at the Elm City  Challenge with a toss of 9.98 meters…Place sixth in the shot put (10.27 meters) at the Giegengack Invitational…Finished seventh in the shot put (11.01 meters) at the Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships…Earned sixth in the javelin throw (36.04 meters) at the Monmouth Season Opener…Placed fifth in the javelin throw (36.21 meters) at the Ramapo Invitational…At the Wolfie Invitational, tallied third in the javelin throw (37.44 meters) and sixth in the shot put (10.56 meters)…Registered first in the javelin throw (38.74 meters) at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships…Earned sixth in the javelin throw (39.94 meters) at the New England Outdoor Track & Field Championships

As a Junior in 2012-13
All-Region selection in the javelin...Collected a first place mark in the javelin at the Roadrunner Invitational with a toss of 39.98 meters…Placed seventh in the javelin (34.13 meters) at the Wolfie Invitational…Finished fourth in the javelin at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships with a toss of 36.68 meters…At the Northeast-10 Conference Outdoor Championships, placed third in the javelin with a throw of 121 feet, five inches...Tallied a 21st place finish in the javelin at the New England Outdoor Championship.

As a Sophomore in 2011-12:
Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection...Finished fourth in the javelin with a throw of 31.89 meters at the Yale Springtime Invitational on 4/29…Posted a distance of 32.67 meters in the javelin at the Northeast-10 Championships on 5/4.

As a Freshman in the 2010-11 season:
All-Region in the javelin (outdoors)...Placed 13th in the weight throw at the Lidifter Invitational with a toss of 9.61 meters…Took seventh place in the weight throw at the Sam Howell Invitational with a throw of 35.07 meters…Finished fourth in the javelin throw at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships with a distance of 35.75 meters…At the New England Outdoor Championships, placed ninth in the javelin throw with a heave of 36.67 meters…

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Was a part of the Joel Barlow track and field team... Earned second team and honorable mention…Also participated on the volleyball and basketball team.
