As a Sophomore in 2010-11:
All-Region honoree indoors in the 5000 meters…Competed in the 4x800 relay at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic and contributed to a fourth place relay with a time of 7:54.05…Had a 17th place finish in the 3000 meters at the Albany Great Dane Classic, finishing with a time of 8:53.68 on 1/21…Performed well at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships with a third place finish in the 5000 meters, recording a time of 15:04.54 on 2/17...Also competed in the DMR and finished on the fourth place team with a time of 10:36.01…Ran in the 4x800 relay at the New England Indoor Championships and placed 17th with a total time of 8:07.31.

In the 2010 Cross Country season:
Led the Owls at the Central Connecticut Invitational with a 30th place finish and a time of 27:48...Finished the Connecticut College Invitational with a time of 27:34...Competed at the Division II Cross Country Challenge with a time of 27:28.

As a Freshman in the 2009-10 season:
At the Lidlifter Invitational, placed fourth in 3000 meter run with a time of 9:06.17…Earned third place in the 1000 meter run with a time of 2:37.72 at the Southern Connecticut State Alumni Meet…Earned first place at the URI Rhody Open in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:59.77…Also placed third as a part of the distance medley with a time of 10:43.56…At the Valentine Invitational, finished the 800 meter in 1:58.94… Scored seventh place in the 800 meter dash at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships with a time of 1:58.01…Took fifth place at the New England Championships as a part of the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 7:45.98…At the NY Metropolitan Outdoor Championship, placed eighth in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:57.64…Also took fourth as a part of the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 8:07.15…In addition finished first as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:16.26…Took twelfth place at the Yale Springtime Invitational in the 800 meter dash with a time of 1:57.28…Finished first at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships as a part of the 4x800 team with a new NE-10 record time of 7:45.26.

In the 2009 Cross Country season:
Competed for the Owls in the Bryant Invitational…Took part in the Central Connecticut Invitational…Ran at the Connecticut College Invitational…Participated in the New England Championships…Competed in the Northeast-10 Conference Championships…Was a top performer for the Owls at the NCAA East Regional Championships

Attended Shoreham-Wading River (N.Y.) High School…Two time League Seven champion in the 800 meters…League Five champion in the 600 meters…Section 11 champion in the 800 meters…Division Three County champion in 2009…Holds school records in the 600 meters and 800 meters…Helped team win the 2007 New York State Class B Championship, three county championships, three division championships and three league championships…Team captain as a senior.
