Section 9 Player of the Year and All-State selection at Cornwall Central  High School (N.Y.)…Won four League Championships, four  Section titles and three  Regional titles…Helped the team to three State playoff appearances…Also played basketball.

The daughter of Lisa and Jim Jurgens…Plans to major in elementary education.
