As a Junior in 2017-18:
All-Region in the heptathlon…All-New England selection in the long jump and the heptathlon…Placed second in the  heptathlon with 4767 points at the Elm City Challenge on 12/2-3…Posted seventh in the long jump (6.52m) and eighth in the 4x400 (3:36.22) at the Sorlien Invitational on 1/21…Claimed second in the heptathlon at the New England Championships on 2/24…Came in third in the heptathlon with 4604 points at the NE10 Championships on 2/17-18…Captured 15th in the long jump (6.80m) at the UConn Northeast Challenge on 4/14…Placed seventh in the long jump (6.86m) at the NE10 Outdoor Championships on 5/4-5…Finished fourth in the long jump at the New England Championships.

As a Sophomore in 2016-17:
All-Region in the heptathlon…All-New England in the heptathlon…Finished second in the heptathlon (4767 points) at The Elm City Challenge on December 3…Placed seventh in the long jump (6.52m) and eighth in the 4x400 relay (3:36.22) at the URI Sorlien Invitational on January 21…Finished second in the heptathlon (4838 points) at the New England Championships on February 25.

As a Freshman in 2015-16:
All-Region selection in the decathlon… Northeast-10 Conference champion in the decathlon…Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection…Finished first in heptathlon at The Elm City Challenge on December 10…Took second in 4x400 relay (3:27.80), fourth in 110 hurdles (17.80), an sixth in long jump (6.32m) at the Yale Multi Team on April 2…Finished first the decathlon at the Northeast-10 Championships on May 6. 

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Two-time captain at Thetford Academy (Vt.)…Helped lead the team to a Division II State Championship title in 2012….Holds the outdoor Vermont Division 3 state record in 110 high hurdles…Holds indoor Vermont Division 2 state records in long jump, 300 meter dash, 4x400 relay and 4x200 relays.
