Competed in the 3000m at the Spartan Invite on 1/12…Placed 20th in the 3000m (9:42.29) at the URI Sorlien Invitational on 1/20…Finished 18th in the 5000m (17:11.57) at the Mets Championships on 2/1-2….Claimed 17th in the two-mile run (10:59.99) at the George Davis Invitational on 4/21…Placed second in the 4x400 (3:28.69) and 18th in the 1500 (4:42.30) at the Yale Springtime Invitational on 4/29.

As a Junior in 2017:
Did not compete for the Owls.

As a Sophomore in 2016-17:
Placed 18th in the 3000 meters (9:29.93) at the Spartan Regional Invite on February 13…Finished 21st in the 3000 meters (9:29.49) at the Metropolitan Championships on February 3…Claimed sixth place in the 5000 meters (17:00.64) at the Young Invitational on April 1…Placed 15th in the 5000 meters (16:19.85) at the Yellow Jacket Invitational on April 8….Took 15th place in the two mile (10:18.28) at the George Davis Invitational on April 22…Placed 21st in the 1500 meters (4:30.95) at the Yale Springtime Invitational on April 30…Claimed 18th place in the 5000 meters (16:06.09) at the NE10 Outdoor Championships on ay 5-6.

As a Sophomore in 2016:
Competed at the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup on 9/17 and completed the course (8K) in a time of 29:53.9…Participated at the Ted Owen Cross Country Invitational on 9/24 and completed the course (8K) in a time of 30:15.5…Competed at the New England Championship on 10/8 and completed the course (8K) in a time of 29:21.0…Participated at the NE10 Cross Country Championships on 10/22 and completed the course (8K) in a time of 28:38.7…Competed at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships on 11/5 and completed the course (10K) in a time of 35:09.5.

As a Freshman in 2015:
Competed at the UMass-Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational on 9/19 with an 8k time of 29:41.9...Placed 40th overall at the Northeast-10 Preview Meet on 9/26 with an 8k time of 30:28.4.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
All-Conference as a junior and senior...A three-year varsity letter winner...Helped lead the team to its first conference championship in 30 years in 2014 for cross country.
