  • Ran a personal best 10k time of 31:23.0 and came in eighth place at the 2023 NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, which helped Southern capture their second-straight NCAA Division II East Region title. 
  • Ran a personal best 8k time of 25:30.6 and came in fourth place at the 2023 NE10 Cross Country Championships, which helped the Owls secure their second-straight conference title.
