  • Ran for Lynn University, earning All-Academic South Region Honors in 2018 and 2022
  • Ran cross country and track at Plymouth North High School (Mass.), where he was an eight-time Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic selection and First Team All-Northeast at Footlocker Northeast Championships

  • Son to Kerri and Scott Ryder
  • Graduated with a BA in Multimedia Journalism from Lynn University
  • Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science
  • Coached XC/Track at Boston University before returning to run for the Owls
