Also a member of Southern Connecticut's Cross Country Program.
2023-2024:
- Finished 4th in the 5000 and 5th in the 1500 at the 2024 Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships
- Set a PR in the 5000, running 15:07.59 at the Beach Invitational
Before Southern Connecticut State University:
- Ran for Lynn University, earning All-Academic South Region Honors in 2018 and 2022
- Ran cross country and track at Plymouth North High School (Mass.), where he was an eight-time Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic selection and First Team All-Northeast at Footlocker Northeast Championships

- Graduated with a BA in Multimedia Journalism from Lynn University
- Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science
- Coached XC/Track at Boston University before returning to run for the Owls
