Jay Carter is an assistant coach with the Owls' and works with the team's H-Backs and wide receivers.

He previously served as a defensive line intern coach after stints as the defensive backs coach at Maloney (Conn.) High and as a football manager for the Owls.

Carter holds a bachelor's in sports management from SCSU and is currently pursuing a master's degree at SCSU.
