Biography
Before Southern Connecticut:
- Transfer to Southern Connecticut from UConn where he played on the defensive line
- Appeared in 12 games for the Huskies as a freshman in 2018, recording six tackles during first season
- Played scholastically at Windsor (Conn.) High School as a running back and defensive lineman
- All-Hartford Courant Top 20 Player
- First Team All-State
- First Team All-Conference
- Led Windsor to three-straight conference championships and the 2014 Class L State Title
- As a senior at Windsor, he totaled 65 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, three fumble recoveries
- He also ran for 1,142 yards and 17 touchdowns while adding 31 catches for 438 yards and four more TDs
