Nadia Cestari is entering her first academic year as a graduate assistant in Athletic Communications for Southern Connecticut State University in 2026-27.
Cestari currently serves as the primary contact for Men's Soccer, Women's Cross Country and Track and Field, and Softball. In her role, she acts as a correspondent between athletic teams and the SCSU Athletic Communications staff. This includes responsibilities such as writing game stories, recording statistics, and serving as a medium between players and media. He also creates, edits, and produces social media content, including graphics, pictures, and videos.
Cestari's career at SCSU started as a player on the softball team in 2022, where she played in 144 games, became co-captain, and earned two-time CSC Academic All-American recognition.
Cestari completed her Bachelor in Communication, Media, and Screen Studies from Southern Connecticut State University in 2025. She earned Lambda PI Eta Honor Society recognition, Magna Cum Laude, the University Scholar Athlete Award, and the President's Award in her time as an undergraduate. Cestari is continuing her academic career at SCSU as she pursues a Master's degree in Sport and Entertainment Management.
