As a Junior in 2006-07:
Part of the 4x200-yard freestyle relay team that finished third and the 4x100-yard medley relay team that finished fourth at the Sonny Werblin Invitational at Rutgers on 10/20-21…Won the 200-yard backstroke and the 400-yard individual medley at Springfield on 10/28…Won the 500-yard freestyle at the Bentley Invitational on 10/29…Part of the winning 4x100-yard freestyle relay team and placed second in the 1000-yard freestyle against Yale on 11/3…Won the 200-yard backstroke and the 1000-yard freestyle against New Jersey on 11/12…Won the 1650-yard freestyle and was a part of the winning 4x200-yard freestyle relay at the Northeast-10 Championships on 12/1-3...Also finished second in the 400-yard individual medley, third in the 100-yard backstroke and fourth in the 200-yard backstroke at the Northeast-10 Championships…Won the 1000-yard freestyle and was a part of the winning 4x100-yard freestyle relay team at Marist on 1/22…Won the 200-yard backstroke and the 1000-yard freestyle against Queens and St. Rose on 2/2…Won the 1650-yard freestyle and was a part of the 4x200-yard freestyle relay team that finished second at the Metropolitan Championships on 2/16.

As a Sophomore in 2005-06:
Earned All-America honors as part of the 800 freestyle relay team...Finished third in the 400-yard individual medley and the 1000-yard freestyle at the Husky Invitational at Connecticut on 10/15…Placed fourth in the 500-yard freestyle at the Sonny Werblin Invitational at Rutgers on 10/21-22…Won the 200-yard backstroke and the 400-yard individual medley at Central Connecticut State on 10/29…Won the 200-yard backstroke at New Jersey on 11/5…Won the 500-yard freestyle and the 1000-yard freestyle against Massachusetts on 11/6…Won the 500-yard freestyle at Yale on 11/12…Set a meet record to win the 1000-yard freestyle at the Bentley Invitational on 11/20…Won the 400-yard individual medley and was a part of the winning 4x100-yard medley relay at the Northeast-10 Championships on 12/9-10...Also finished second in the 200-yard backstroke, the 200-yard individual medley and sixth in the 100-yard backstroke at the Northeast-10 Championships...Won the 500-yard freestyle and the 1000-yard freestyle against Coast Guard on 1/14.

As a Freshman in 2004-05:
Earned All-America honors as part of the 200-yard freestyle relay team...Won the 400-yard individual medley and was a part of the winning 4x200-yard freestyle relay at the Northeast-10 Championships on 12/10-11...Also was a part of the 4x50-yard medley relay team that finished second, and claimed third in the 100-yard backstroke, the 200-yard individual medley and the 200-yard backstroke at the Northeast-10 Championships.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Selected as a Central All-American at Conestoga (Pa.) High School.
