Dylan Torok is in his first year coaching Southern Connecticut Track & Field in the 2025-2026 season.
Torok was a member of SCSU Track & Field from 2020-2025, and was a team captain in his final two seasons. In his time with the Owls, he dominated in the Heptathlon and Decathlon, taking home several medals in the events and winning two straight Northeast 10 Heptathlon titles in 2024 and 2025. Torok is one of four Owls who have taken home every NE10 Heptathlon title since the conference began awarding the championship in 2018. He also excelled in Pole Vault and High Jump, and was named the NE10 Indoor Most Outstanding Field Performer in 2024 and 2025. He was an eight-time USTFCCCA All-Region performer, a NE10 Academic All-Conference selection, and received USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
Torok hails from Monroe, Conn. and attended Masuk High School.
