As a Junior in 2006-07:
Received All-New England honors in the distance medley…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference All-Academic First Team…Finished ninth in the mile run with a time of 4:27.93 at the 2007 Fordham Invitational…Finished first in the 4x800m relay and reached an IC4A qualifying mark with a team time of 7:44.90 at the 2007 Yale Collegiate Track Classic…Finished first in the mile run with a time of 4:24.26 at the 2007 Great Dane Classic…Finished fourth in the distance medley and reached an IC4A qualifying mark with a team time of 10:03.49 at the 2007 Giegengack Invitational…Finished sixth in the 1000m run with a time of 2:39.63 at the 2007 Northeast-10 Indoor Championships…Finished seventh in the distance medley with a team time of 10:11.22 at the 2007 New England Indoor Championships…Finished eighth in the 1500m run with a time of 4:04.05 at the 2007 Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships.

In the 2006 cross country season:
Finished third with a time of 25:49 in the Purple Valley Classic (8k)…Finished 18th with a time of 26:57 in the Northeast-10 Conference Championship (8k)…Finished 16th with a time of 32:20 in the NCAA Northeast Regional (10k).

Attended Valhalla High School in White Plains, N.Y…Served as cross country team captain as a junior and senior…Attended SUNY-Delhi in New York…2004 NJCAA Division III Cross Country National Champion…Was a four-time All-American in cross country and track & field…member of 2005 NJCAA Division III National Champion 4x800m relay team.
