2023-2024:
- Placed 3rd in the 4x400 at the 2024 NEICAAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships
- Won the 4x400 at the Jack Maloney Invitational
- Set a PR in the 500 at the 2024 NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, running 1:05.25 and placing 6th.
- Won the 4x400 at the 2024 Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships, also placing 6th in the 400
- Set a PR in the 600, running 1:26.00 at the Boston University Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener
Before Southern Connecticut State University:
- Competed in baseball, cross country, and track at Naugatuck High School (Conn.)
- All-NVL selection, helped lead Naugatuck to Indoor and Outdoor Track NVL Championships
- Also competed at Bryant University
