- Set at PR in the 3000 Steeple at the 2024 NEICAAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, running 9:27.71 and placing 10th.
- Placed 3rd in the 3000 Steeple at the 2024 Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships, also setting a PR in the 1500
- Set a PR in the 5000 at the 2024 Beach Invitational, running 15:12.27
- Set a PR in the 3000, running 8:44.35 at the NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships
Before Southern Connecticut State University:
- Ran cross country for the University of Hartford, where he was a two-time member of the America East Academic Honor Roll
- Competed in cross country, track, and basketball at Plainfleid High School (Conn.)
- Awarded All-State and All-Conference Honors
