3000: 9:15.42 (Feb. 17, 2024, Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships)
5000: 16:26.47 (Apr. 20, 2024, Jack Maloney Invitational)
Also a member of Southern Connecticut's Cross Country Program.
2023-2024:
- Set a PR in the 5000 at the Jack Maloney Invitational, running 16:26.62 and placing 3rd.
- Set a PR in the 3000 at the 2024 Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships, running 9:15.42
Before Southern Connecticut State University:
- Competed in Cross Country, Track and Field, and Basketball at Wethersfield High School (Conn.)
- Earned All-State honors and helped lead Wethersfield to a Conference Championship

- Majoring in Business with plans to attend Trade School
