2023-2024:
- Placed 6th in the 3000 Steeple at the 2024 NEICAAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships
- Placed 2nd in the 3000 Steeple and 6th in the 1500 at the 2024 Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships, setting a PR in both events
- Placed 2nd in the DMR and set a PR in the 3000, running 8:37.88 at the 2024 NEICAAA Track & Field Championships
- Placed 1st in the DMR and 4th in the 3000 at the 2024 Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships
- Set a PR in the 5000, running 15:28.47 at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic
2022-2023:
- Won the 3000 Steeple at the 2023 Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships
- Won the 3000 Steeple at the UCONN Northeast Challenge
- Placed 2nd in the DMR and 4th in the Mile at the 2023 Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships
- Placed 7th in the 4x800 and 10th in the 1000 at the 2023 NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships
- Set a PR in the Mile, running 4:18.70 at the Boston Univeristy John Thomas Terrier Classic
- Set a PR in the 1000, running 2:31.92 and placing 12th at the Riverhawk Invitational
Before Southern Connecticut State University:
- Four-time All-CCC and three-time All-State selection running track and cross country at Manchester High School (Conn.)
- Led Manchester to four CCC East Championships

- Majoring in Sport Management with plans to continue a career in videography
