Southern Connecticut State University Athletics

Talia Loda is an assistant softball coach at Southern Connecticut State, coaching the pitching staff.

Loda graduated from Springfield College in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and in 2020 with a master's degree in physical education. She was a four-year varsity softball student-athlete from 2015-18, earning National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Region honors twice and All-New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference honors twice. She was named Eastern College Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year, NEWMAC Pitcher of the Year and was a finalist for NFCA Division III National Player of the Year in 2017, and an ECAC Division III New England All-Star.

She was a graduate assistant coach at Springfield from 2018-20.

Loda is a physical education teacher in New Haven.
