•  Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week (Sep. 10, 2024)

As a Freshman in 2024: 

• Ran a time of 24:30.3 at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships
• Ran a personal-best 6K time of 23:23.5 at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, placing 31st and helping the Owls to a second place finish
• Placed 22nd at the 2024 Northeast-10 Cross Country Conference Championship
• Ran a personal-best 5K time of 20:53.7 at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational

Before Southern Connecticut State University:   

• Competed in cross country, track, and cheerleading at O.H. Platt High School (Conn.)
• Selected All-Conference, and helped lead her team to a division championship

Personal:

• Daughter to Danielle Sola
• Majoring in Nursing with plans to enter the medical field
