Also a member of Southern Connecticut's Cross Country Program.
2024-2025:
- Set a PR in the Mile at the Showdown at The Heights with a time of 5:21.12
- Set a PR in the 800 at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic with a time of 2:26.15
Before Southern Connecticut State University:
- Competed in cross country, track, and cheerleading at O.H. Platt High School (Conn.)
- Selected All-Conference, and helped lead her team to a division championship
Personal:
- Daughter to Danielle Sola
- Majoring in Nursing with plans to enter the medical field
