Placed fifth in the 4x800 relay at the NE-10 Championships…Also took 11th place in the 5000 meters….Best individual finish of the winter was fourth in the 3000 meters at the Elm City Challenge.

As a Sophomore in 2012-13:
Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection...All-Region in the 10,000 meters...Placed 25th in both the 800 meters and in the mile at the Yale Collegiate Invitational…Ran the 3,000 meters at the Albany Great Dane Classic in a time of 11:24.65 to place 26th…Finished 10th in the 5,000 meters (19:09.70) and was a part of the 4x800 relay that was 11th at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships...Placed eighth in the 5,000 meters (19:15.73) and also ran a leg of the 4x800 relay that was eighth at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships...During the outdoor season, finished sixth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 19:38.62 at the Ramapo College Roadrunner Invitational...Was ninth in the 3,000 meters (10:53.99) at the Wolfie Invitational…Finished third in the 10,000 meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships in 38:05… Finished 10th in the 10,000 meters (42:41.23) and was 12th in the 5,000 meters (19:23.46) at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships…Placed 14th in the 10,000 meters at the New England Outdoor Championships.

All-Region selection in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters...All-New England in the 5,000 meters...Selected for the Northeast-10 Conference weekly honor roll (twice)...Placed ninth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:14.93 at the UConn Spring Invitational on 3/31…Captured first place in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:20.89 at the Roadrunner Invitational on 4/6…Performed in the Metropolitan Championships on 4/14 and helped the 4x800 team to an eighth place finish with a time of 10:40.38...Also had a first place finish in the 10,000 meters with a time of 38:10.01…Competed at the Northeast-10 Championships on 5/4 and placed fourth in the 10,000 meters with a time of 40:27.55…At the New England Championships on 5/10, placed eighth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18.05.33.
