Philip Quaye (Manchester, N.H.) led Southern Connecticut to its third-straight NE10 Championship after winning the NE10 Heptathlon Championship for the second-straight year, and once-again breaking his own record that he set at last year’s event with 3,788 points. The total was also a NCAA provisional marker.
