With the win the Owls improve to 6-1 on the season, and 2-1 in NE-10 play, while Stonehill drops to 3-3-1 on the year, 1-3-1 in the NE-10.

Seth Ragaini's (Seymour, Conn.) goal gave the Owls a 1-0 lead.

SCSU played outstanding defense as goaltender
