MANCHESTER, N.H. - The Southern Connecticut State University men's soccer team was knocked out of the Northeast-10 Conference Tournament after a 1-0 loss to UMass-Lowell on Tuesday afternoon in the quarterfinals.

UMass-Lowell scored the lone goal in the contest in the 57th minute of the second half. The Owls recorded six shots, but failed to find the back of the net.

Southern's Andrew Esposito (East Haven, Conn.) stopped four shots in the match.

The Owls ended their season with an overall record of 8-8-1 (7-5-1 NE-10)
