– Sarah Beres (Ellington, Conn.) led the Owls with a team-high 11 kills in 31 total attacks to a four set win against non-conference Bloomfield College in the first match of the tri-match at University of Science Philadelphia today. Megan Lyons (Cold Spring, N.Y.) had a team-high 0.400-percentage hitting with at least 10 total attacks with 13 digs and seven kills.

Vanessa Sullivan (Paramus, N.J.) remains a defense specialist for the Owls leading all student-athletes with 18 digs in the match. Kimberly Lachowicz (Mansfield, Texas) recorded a back-to-back 40 assist match this afternoon.

The Owls are now 8-3 overall on the season.

The Owls will be back in action Tuesday for a home match against University of New Haven with the first serve scheduled for 7 p.m.
