Sydney Bennett,
Emily Sartell and
Sarah Stark were named to the 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, as announced by CSC on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. To gain eligibility, student-athletes must post a grade-point average of 3.50 or higher and start in 90% of their team's games. It is the second time that
Sydney Bennett and
Sarah Stark have earned CSC Academic All-District honors, and it is the first CSC Academic All-District honors for
Emily Sartell.
Sydney Bennett is a senior with a 3.74 GPA, majoring in biology,
Emily Sartell is a senior with a 3.74 GPA majoring, in Business Administration, and
Sarah Stark is a junior with a 3.76 GPA, majoring in Nursing.
On the court, captain
Sydney Bennett led the Owls with 84 blocks and was second on the team in kills with 230. She ranked top 10 in the NE10 in hitting percentage, blocks, kills and points.
Emily Sartell totaled 31 digs and 16 service aces this season, as she recorded a career-best of four service aces in a victory against Southern New Hampshire.
Sarah Stark totaled 124 kills, 50 blocks and 20 digs. Stark recorded a career-best of 11 kills in a victory against St. Thomas Aquinas and had a career-best of seven block assists in a victory against Millersville.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
