st minute after winning the ball in front of the net and striking one past the goalkeeper for what ended up being the game winning goal.

Greg Cumpstone (Killingworth, Conn.) made four saves to get his third victory of the year and second shutout. The Skyhawks had an opportunity in the 77
th minute when Cam McDonough headed one towards the right post, but Cumpstome made a diving save to keep the game scoreless. Only minutes later Scott put in the game winner and the Owls would go on to win by a score of 1-0.
The Owls move to 3-0 on the young season and will be back in action Tuesday night when they take on the University of New Haven at 7 p.m. at Jess Dow Field.
