WORKING OVERTIME
Through the first third of its season, 90 minutes were not  enough for SCSU. Three of the Owls' first five matches went to bonus time.

SASSO HONORED
Junior goalkeeper Stephen Sasso was named to the Northeast-10 Weekly Honor Roll on Sept. 23. The Orange, Conn. native made a diving stop on a breakaway shot just before the second half buzzer to force overtime in the Owls' 0-0 draw with Assumption on Sept. 18.  Sasso had seven saves over the 110 minutes.

JOSLYN NAMED ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Kevin Joslyn was named Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week on Sept 16. The freshman forward scored twice in the Owls' 3-1 victory over Bentley on Sept. 14.
