EWING TOWNSHIP, N.J. - Raymond Cswerko (Torrington, Conn.) won two events but the Southern Connecticut State University men's swimming and diving team fell 169.5-116.5 to The College of New Jersey on Saturday afternoon.

The junior was victorious in the 100 yard breaststroke (0:58.98) and 200 yard breaststroke (2:10.71).

In the 1000 yard freestyle, Louis Geist (Arvada, Colo.) touched the wall first (9:46.20).

Christian Berg (Groton, Conn.) took first in the 200 yard backstroke with a time of 1:57.32.  The freshman was edged in the 100 yard backstroke (0:53.85).

Dan Elliot (Bellmore, N.Y.) finished third in both the 100 yard freestyle (0:49.80) and 200 yard IM (2:04.21).  The junior, along with Geist, Brendan Murphy (Waterford, Conn.) and Raymond Snyder (Waterbury, Conn.), made up the winning relay team in the 400 yard freestyle relay (3:25.61).

The Owls will compete next on Friday afternoon at Yale.
