ALL-TIME SERIES AGAINST SAINT ROSESouthern Connecticut leads the all-time series with the Golden Knights, 17-10.
LAST SEASON AGAINST SAINT ROSESouthern Connecticut went 0-2 last season against the Golden Knights. In both meetings, Saint Rose defeated the Owls by the score of 77-62 and 75-67.
ALL-TIME VERSUS AICAmerican International leads the all-time series with the Owls, 22-14.
LAST SEASON AGAINST AICSouthern Connecticut went 0-2 last season with the Yellow Jackets. In both meetings, American International defeated SCSU by the scores of 89-65 and 70-67.
LAST TIME OUTSouthern Connecticut is coming off a 1-1 week in both conference and non-conference play. The Owls picked up their first win of the season with a 59-52 win over Pace, but fell to the Univ. of the District of Columbia, 76-67.

Jackie Beathea recorded their fourth double-double for the Owls on Saturday. Powell recorded 11 points and 10 rebounds while Beathea tallied 15 points and 10 rebounds in the loss against the District of Columbia.

Nicole Grossbard posted a career-high seven rebounds to go along with seven assists, a steal and four points.
A SPARK OFF THE BENCHMaria Weselyj acted as a spark off the bench for the Owls as she posted a career-high 20 points along with two rebounds in the Owls' loss against the District of Columbia.
MCLAUGHLIN EARNS WEEKLY HONORSSophomore forward
Taylor McLaughlin was named to the Northeast-10 Conference weekly honor roll this week after tallying 21 points (10.5 ppg), 10 rebounds (5.0 rpg), an assist, a block and two steals in the Owls' 1-1 week.

Jackie Beathea were named to the Northeast-10 Conference weekly honor roll on Nov. 17 and Nov. 24.

DESALVO NOTEBert DeSalvo is in his first full season as head coach for the Southern Connecticut State University women's basketball team. Entering the season, DeSalvo had compiled a 99-26 (.792) overall record as a head coach.

LOOKING BACK ON THE SEASON THAT WASThe Southern Connecticut State University women's basketball team closed the regular season with 12 wins and qualified for the Northeast-10 Conference Tournament. The Owls had three student-athletes recognized by the league with year-end honors.
