Isaiah McLeod (Cambridge, Mass.) recorded his third double-double on the year with 16 points and 10 rebounds as the Southern Connecticut State University men's basketball team claimed a 64-54 victory over USciences.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Devils started out on a 6-0 run in the first three minutes of the game. The Owls would respond with a 8-0 run to take their first lead of the game. As the frame progressed, finished the half on a 9-3 run for a 30-25 lead at the break.
- The Owls tied it up within three minutes of the second half, as they went on a 7-2 run to tie it at 32-32. The lead went back and forth from there. However, McLeod converted an old-fashioned three-point play with just under 11 minutes to go to take the lead for good.
- Southern led by two possessions for most of the second half and its largest lead of the game was the final margin of victory, 10 points.
- The Owls' bench was a key contributor with 17 points in the win.
