POST GAME INTERVIEW WITH TAYLOR MCLAUGHLIN
HOW IT HAPPENED: The Owls started off with strong defense and held Saint Rose to three for the first nine minutes of the first quarter. They lead 17-7 after the first quarter. McLaughlin ended the half with 12 points and the Owls lead 33-19 at the half.
The Owls opened up the lead in the third with help from Hurlbert who scored 10 points in the third to give the Owls a 57-38 lead. The Owls went on to a 78-52 decision.
