HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Owls offense started off hot as they outscored the Golden Knights 24-9 in the first nine minutes of the half.
- The Golden Knights would chip away at the Owls lead to cut it down to eight heading into halftime.
- Saint Rose came within one point of SCSU in the first three minutes of the second half, but the Owls pushed back and outscored the Golden Knights 13-7 over the next four minutes.
- Midway through the half, Southern went on an 8-0 run to extend their lead to 15 points with 6:44 remaining. The Owls hit a bundle of late free throws to put the game away 91-83.
NOTABLE FACTS
- With this win the Owls extend their win streak to five in a row, the longest win streak of the season.

Isaiah McLeod tallied 30 points to lead the team, this is the second time this season he has reached 30 points or more.
