Men's Soccer Falls To Assumption

WORCESTER, Mass. - The Southern Connecticut State University men's soccer team falls to Assumption 2-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Greyhounds notched one goal in the first half in the 21st minute to take the lead.

- The Owls tied the game in the 48th minute of play as Nicolas Ruiz Colodrero (Zaragoza, Spain) scored a header off a corner from Ignasi Perez Cererols (Barcelona, Spain). However, Assumption scored the eventual game winner in the the 53rd minute off a corner.

UP NEXT 
The Owls are back in action on Oct. 3 to host Saint Michael's College, with the game set to start at 3 p.m.
