With the 80-75 win over the No. 5 seed Stonehill College, No. 4 seed Southern Connecticut moves onto the Quarterfinals of the Northeast 10 Tournament for the second-consecutive season. The Owls will head to Manchester, N.H. to face the No. 1 seed Saint Anselm at Stoutenburgh Gymnasium for a 3 p.m. start. Coming in, the Owls are led by Isaiah McLeod who averages 21.4 points per game and 5.9 rebounds per game while the Hawks are led by Tim Guers who averages 21.7 points per game, 7.3 rebounds per game and 5.5 assists per game.

• This matchup against Saint Anselm marks the second-consecutive season in which the Owls have gone to the Quarterfinals of the NE10 Championship Tournament.

THE OWLS' LAST TIME OUT
• The Southern Connecticut State University men's basketball team emerged victorious over Stonehill College in the first round of the Northeast 10 Tournament, 80-75.
• Senior Kealen Ives led the Owls with 37 points, the most for a Southern player in a NE10 tournament game in program history. He shot 13-for-20 from the field and made six three-pointers, added seven assists and three rebounds in the win.
• C.J. Seaforth tallied 16 points, all coming in the second half, after shooting 3-for-5 from beyond the arc, with two assists and one rebound.
• Isaiah McLeod recorded 12 points, two assists and one rebounds.

• Beesley ranks 55th nationally and is fourth in the NE10 with 8.4 rebounds per game. His 211 total rebounds rank fifth in the NE10.
• Kealen Ives' 5.9 assists per game rank fourth in the NE10 and 21st in NCAA Division II basketball. His 165 total assists also rank fourth in the NE10 and 14th nationally.
• Isaiah McLeod ranks second in the NE10 and 21st nationally at 21.8 points per game. McLeod is leads the NE10 in three-point field goal percentage (45.5%) while also ranking 15th nationally.

• C.J. Seaforth broke a career-high in points with 32 to lead the team, while adding three assists and one steal.

Prior to the Feb. 23 game against Pace, the Owls honored its four-member senior class: Kealen Ives, Joey Wallace, Luke Beesley and Isaiah McLeod.
