With a 97-87 upset of Northeast 10 Tournament top seed Saint Anselm on Sunday, Mar. 3, No. 4 seed Southern Connecticut moves on to face the No. 2 seed University of New Haven on Wednesday, Mar. 6 at 7 p.m. at Chargers Gymnasium.

Southern Connecticut Athletics will sponsor a Fan Van to Wednesday's game at New Haven. In addition, SCSU Athletics will also provide free admission to any Southern Connecticut State University student (with ID) as well as a free t-shirt.
ALL-TIME IN THE NE10 TOURNAMENT
• Wednesday's game marks the second trip to the NE10 Semifinals, all-time, with the last time coming during the 2013-14 season. That season, the Owls defeated New Haven in the conference finals for their first NE10 Championship in program history.
• Southern enters Wednesday's night matchup at New Haven on a three-game winning streak.
• The Owls have reached the semifinals by virtue of an 80-75 win against Stonehill in the tournament first round before a 97-87 upset of top seed Saint Anselm in the quarterfinals.
• Southern is 7-8 all-time in the NE10 Tournament.
• The Owls have claimed one NE10 Tournament Championship, in 2014, with a 73-71 win against New Haven.
ALL-TIME VS. NEW HAVEN
• The Chargers lead the all-time series against the Owls, 46-42. Southern both meetings against New Haven this season.
• Southern won the only postseason matchup between the two teams, all-time, in the 2014 NE10 Championship game.

• Kealen Ives scored a team-high 26 points, six rebounds and one steal.
• C.J. Seaforth recorded 21 points, six rebounds and one assist in the loss.
• Joey Wallace tallied double-digit points for the fourth time this season with 11 as well as five rebounds and two steals on the night.
THE OWLS' LAST TIME OUT
• The Southern Connecticut State University men's basketball team upset Northeast 10 Championship top-seeded and nationally-ranked No. 18/13 Saint Anselm, 97-87, in a quarterfinal matchup in Manchester, N.H.
• Joey Wallace had a career game, posting 19 points and 13 rebounds while Taurus Adams also had a double-double with 12 points and 10 boards. Adams' double-double is his first of the season, and third all-time, while Wallace's double-double was his second of the season.
• Kealen Ives and C.J. Seaforth delivered 25 points each in the Owls' victory.
• Seaforth converted on 11-of-12 from the free throw line down the stretch as he led the Owls with 16 second-half points on his way to 25.
• Ives followed a 14-point first half with 11 in the second half to give him another incredible performance in the NE10 Tournament. Through two games, Ives is averaging 31 points per game after his 37-point explosion against Stonehill in the NE10 First Round.
• The Owls hit on 12-of-29 from three-point range, giving them their 10th game in their last 12 outings with double-digit three-point totals. It also marks the fourth time in their last five games in which they have hit 12 three-pointers.
• The Owls were also 27-for-34 from the free throw line, including a 20-for-25 second half.
THE OWLS BY THE NUMBERS
• Beesley ranks 69th nationally and is fourth in the NE10 with 8.2 rebounds per game. His 221 total rebounds rank sixth in the NE10.
• Kealen Ives' 5.9 assists per game rank fourth in the NE10 and 24st in NCAA Division II basketball. His 176 total assists also rank fourth in the NE10 and 12th nationally.
• Isaiah McLeod ranks fourth in the NE10 and 32nd nationally at 21.1 points per game. McLeod is second the NE10 in three-point field goal percentage (44.9%) while also ranking 19th nationally.
• C.J. Seaforth is fourth in the conference in three-points made and 45th nationally with 83 on the year. He is second on the team in three-point field goal percentage (40.9%) ranked seventh in the NE10 and 61st nationally.
• As a team, the Owls' 307 three-pointers rank third in the conference and 19th among all DII schools while their 40.7% from three-point ranks leads the NE10 and 13th nationally.
