NE10 champion Owls and the runner-up Yellow Jackets.
SCSU defeated AIC 3-0 to win the first
NE10 Championship in program history. Then, on Saturday, Oct. 5,
SCSU will head north to upstate New York to face Le
Moyne College at noon in Syracuse, N.Y.

- SCSU defeated Le Moyne 3-1 as Leanna Jadus slammed 19 kills and 14 digs for her fifth double-double of the season.

- Yellow Jacket Player to Watch: AIC returns Andrea Serra who leads the team in kills per set with 4.17, while also leading the conference in total kills with 271.
- Owl Player to Watch: Southern Connecticut will feature Ella White, who has been a mainstay for the Owls this season. Through 46 sets, the freshman has collected 119 kills, averaging 2.59 kills per set, while bringing in 11 service aces and 10 assists. White is one of two freshmen in the NE10 who have hit the 100-kill marker this season.
Their Last Time Out
- Southern Connecticut swept Pace for their first conference win of the season on Sept. 27 at Pelz Gymnasium.
- This is the fourth-consecutive year the Owls have opened NE10Â conference play with a win.
- Ariel Letcher collected her third double-double of the season with 14 kills and 11 digs.
- Anna Venard has collected double-digit digs in three out of her last five games.
- With nine kills, Ella White moves to seventh in the NE10 in kills with 119, one of two freshmen with over 100 kills this season.
