NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Southern Connecticut State University men's swimming and diving team defeated Northeast 10 opponent, Le Moyne College, 160-115 at Hutchinson Natatorium.
Bryce Castellone led the Owls with three wins in the 200 Butterfly, 200 Breaststroke and 200 IM.
200 Yard Medley Relay
Chandler Tucker and
Bailey Peters placed first in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:39.46
1000 Yard Freestyle
Evan Bombery took first place in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 10:10.75, 22 seconds ahead of the second-place swimmer who finished with a time of 10:32.75.
200 Yard Freestyle
Tyler Cusano took first in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:48.32.
Timothy Kanaley placed third with a time of 1:51.99.
100 Yard Backstroke
Chandler Tucker finished first in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 54:37, while Keith Patrick placed second at 56.52.
200 Yard Butterfly
Bryce Castellone took first in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:57.15 followed by
Bailey Peters at 2:03.52.
200 Yard Backstroke
Patrick Keith placed first in the 200-yard backstroke finishing with a time of 2:01.45
200 Yard Breaststroke
Bryce Castellone finished in first in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:11.11.
500 Yard Freestyle
Evan Bomberay placed first in first in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:54.71
100 Yard Butterfly
Bailey Peters took first place in the 100-yard butterfly finishing with a time of 54.46.
200 Yard IM
Bryce Castellone took his third victory of the day with a time of 1:58.03.
Diving
Andrew Buehler took first in the diving category ousting his opponents with a score of 485.50.
