Women's Swimming and Diving Capture Victory Over Le Moyne, 148-122

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Southern Connecticut State University women's swimming and diving team defeated Northeast 10 opponent, Le Moyne College, 148-122 at Hutchinson Natatorium.

1000 Yard Freestyle
Emily Darroch took first in the event with a time of 11:16.68, which was almost 10 seconds faster than the second-place finisher who finished with a time of 11:25.91. Ashley Sloan took third place with a time of 11:32.43.

100 Yard Backstroke
Hannah Nyquist finished first in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:01.93, followed by Lauren Spencer in second place with a time of 1:02.72.

100 Yard Breaststroke
Erin Leirey placed first in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:09.85.

50 Yard Freestyle
Alina Tucker took first in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 26.24, followed by Emily Darroch in second place at 26.40.

100 Yard Freestyle
Morgan Fernald placed first in the 100-yard free style with a time of 56.61.

200 Yard Breaststroke
Maddie Dean finished first in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:37.15.

500 Yard Freestyle
Avery Fornaciari took first in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:13.24.

Cecilia Vess ousted her opponent in the diving category, winning with a final score of 349.55.
