All-Time Against Pace University: 18-22
The Last Time They Met: Southern swept the season series against Pace last year, winning in overtime, 86-82, on Dec. 8 in Pleasantville, N.Y. and 77-61 in the regular season finale in New Haven on Feb. 23. On Dec. 8,
Ulyen Coleman (Brockton, Mass.) scored a game and season-high 24 points on 9-13 shooting and drained five three-pointers.
Isaiah McLeod (Cambridge, Mass.) recorded a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds. On Feb. 23, McLeod scored a game-high 27 points, going 10-16 from the field.
C.J. Seaforth (Hamden, Conn.) chipped in with 16 points and eight rebounds.
Last Time Out
- Southern defeated University of the Sciences, 80-52, in a non-conference showdown at James Moore Field House.
- Freshman Lyron Bennett (Boston, Mass.) scored a career-high 22 points on 9-12 shooting and picked up four assists.
- Junior Greg Jones (Bronx, N.Y.) scored a season-high 15 points, grabbed eight rebounds, blocked two shots, and recorded three steals. Seaforth also scored 15 points.
- Sophomore Mikey Mozzicato (Wethersfield, Conn.) chipped in a season-high 10 points.
- Sophomore Zack Penn (New Hartford, Conn.) scored six points, grabbed 10 rebounds, recorded a career-high six assists, and blocked two shots.
- Levar Allen (Richmond, Va.) scored seven points and went a perfect 3-3 from the field in his first game since Nov. 13 against Caldwell.
- Southern's 28-point victory was their second largest margin of victory this season (33 vs Concordia on Nov. 23).
- Southern now has two wins by at least 25 points for the first time since the 2015-16 season, where they defeated Dominican 99-69 on Nov. 14, 2015 and Caldwell 100-71 on Dec. 17, 2015.
Player Notes
- Taurus Adams II (Milwaukee, Wisc.) averaged 22.3 points per game in three games December games, recording two of his four career 20+ point games in the month.
- Adams II also recorded two double-doubles in December and has five on the season, tied for third in the NE10.
- Seaforth has made at least three three-pointers in a game in eight of his nine games played this season.
- Bennett is 8-14 (57 percent) from three-point range since Nov. 26, a span of five games.
- Khalil Richard (Baltimore, Md.) has scored in double figures in six of the his last seven games played.
- Among players that have made at least 2.5 per game and played in 75 percent of their teams' games, Seaforth is tied 11th nationally in three-point field goal percentage at 49.3 percent and tied for 15th nationally in three-point field goals made at 3.67.

- This is the Owls' first conference home game since Nov. 26 against American International College.
- Southern has made 64 of their last 78 free throw attempts (82 percent) dating back to their game on Nov. 23 against Concordia.
